The Top Ten: Honorable Mentions

As the Top Ten nears its final reveal of my number 1, I've decided to post an entry that I call my "Honorable Mentions". Now, what does that mean exactly? Trust me, when you're trying to decide your top 10 from BG East and realize that there are over 580 wrestlers to pick from (yes, go and count the profiles on the site, you'll see there are at least that many) you have a hard time narrowing it down to a top 10. I thought of doing a top 20 or 50...but yeah, that's just a tad too much. Nevertheless, I decided to give you, my dear readers, a look at those that nearly made the cut. Those guys that could easily jump right in and take the place of one of my men on the list any day now. They're just one hot match, one extra moment shy from doing so...In no particular order, here they are:

What do you think readers? Did I make any big omissions? Should any of these guys have made it into the Top Ten and if so, why? For me, like I said, they're all a breath away from knocking out someone in my existing list. These were tough guys to cut from the list, but necessary to keep it at a nice round 10.

The Top Ten: #2

We're finally at number 2! The guy who almost, but didn't quite get the title of my most desired wrestling hunk from the BG East roster. This stud, however, has all it takes to make your mouth water and get you weak at the knees! His muscles are pumped, he's ripped to shreds and has one of the most inflated cocky egos in the ring and on the mats! And with reason too! He's certainly one of the most cocky wrestlers in the roster! When you hear the name, you'll agree I'm sure. Coming in at number 2 is the man who demands to be called Mr. Joshua Goodman!

Even when he's not trying to, his face exudes this arrogant, look-at-me-I'm-so-hot kind of vibe. In other guys, such self-confidence would seem excessive or misplaced. However in his case, Joshua can back up the attitude with a gorgeous, mouth-watering body and skills to match. As a heel, he constantly berates his opponents and primps and poses over his victims. I think we've all seen him "re-adjusting himself" many times in each and every one of his matches. As a jobber, he's constantly talking back to his tormentor, refusing to concede defeat with clever quips. His matches remain some of the most entertaining and captivating ones that BG East has ever produced simply because of the charisma that he exudes.

One of my favorite matches of his has to be his battle with the Rick the Prick on Ringwars 12. Both fighters are so cocky and so confident about their prowess in the ring that the match sizzles in every moment. Joshua getting smacked around, tossing the smaller Rick around. The opening strip/pose-down alone is a real feast for the eyes as Joshua shows every last ripple on his body off for the viewers to see.

To look at his list of matches on the BG East website as well, you'll see that he's faced off with the who's-who of homoerotic wrestling. The variety of styles and opponents, the number of settings, there's a little bit of everything for everyone in his list of matches. For a guy who made his first appearance in catalog 38, he's managed to keep us all hot and bothered for many, many years past and hopefully many more years to come!

Coming up next time on the countdown, I'll take a break from the formal list for one entry to give you a peak at what I call my "honorable mentions". All those delicious slabs of beef that didn't quite make it into my top 10, but who still deserve acknowledgement for being as sexy as they are. And I'm telling you, there is some sexy in that bunch.

**Spoiler Alert! Rather than give you new clues about my number 1, I figured I'd remind you about what you already know so far as well as update some of the other facts. First off, my #1 has faced off with 4 guys on my top ten (updated from the mentioned 2 since the list has grown); he's wrestled in singles, tag-team and 3 way matches; his most common colored speedos are yellow or white; he and I share 3 common vowels in our full names: A, E and O. Keep on guessing guys!

The Top Ten: #3

We're down to the top 3 in this countdown of the hunks I'd love to wrestle most! So far We've seen Kieran Dunne, Z-Man, Cameron Matthews, Morgan Cruise, Alexi Adamov, J-Rock and Gil Barrios grace the countdown with their presence. Today we enter the top 3 with a hunk who spent the most part of his earlier matches at BG East getting the crap beat outta him, but who recently is starting to kick some asses of his own. He's gone from total beefy jobber to solid heel in a few short matches that show off his wrestling prowess. He's a meaty pack of sexy goodness, who's body always leaves me drooling. I'm talking about the stud of studs, the super sexy and sexual Braden Charron!

This gorgeous man certainly grabbed my attention with those pumped pecs and sculpted abs when I first saw him. He's just ripped to shreds! He's not sculpted like a lot of the smaller guys you see everywhere online. You know those guys with gorgeous six pack abs that only have six pack abs because they starve themselves? Look at the rest of their bodies and you see flat chests, skinny arms and legs, etc. But in Braden's case, that's certainly not the case! His bodybuilder physique is reminiscent of those Greek statues from antiquity.

The last time I was down at BG East's HQ, I had spent a long weekend there filming some matches and having fun with a bunch of the boys down there. Upon my return home, I found out that the day AFTER I left, Braden made an appearance down at the house! I was so pissed that I missed a chance to met him and possibly even wrestle him! So aggravating! I keep telling myself it's because it's meant for another time...

My all-time favorite match of his is the encounter he had in Fantasymen 30 against the one-time drop in Bart Barron. He takes a beating, dishes out punishment and comes out looking amazing every way, every angle, every scene! My favorite part is where Bart takes some shots at those abs of his after he submits only to have Braden flex them hard and contemptuously snarl "That's it? That's all you have? You are pathetic!" without even flinching once.

 

Needless to say, in my fantasies, Braden and I have fought it out on the mats and in the ring many, many, many, many, many, many, many times! Hopefully one day I'll get to live out that fantasy like the others I have so far in my BG East adventures!

Up next on the countdown we enter the final 2! The runner-up in my list of sexy men from BG East that I'd throw down with! Not just a mouthy stud, he could easily fill your mouth with...many things...should you ever dare to talk back! Stay tuned little readers!

** Spoiler Alert! Ok, this is a really, really hard one. Both I and my number one have 3 different vowels in our full name: A, E and O. Only the most astute BG East fans will be able to piece it together by this point! Keep on reading!**

The Top Ten: #4

The countdown continues! We've gone through a bevy of gorgeous men so far with still a few more sexy stars to come! Today I continue the countdown of my most wrestle-able men with a young stud who caught my eye right from the start. The body, the face, the hair, the cherub-like demeanor which lies in contrast to the swarthy hunk's attitude on the mats. He's not the biggest guy on the roster, but what he lacks in size he makes up for in smouldering, seductive swagger. Coming in at number 4 is the sexy Brazilian hunk Gil Barrios!

This guy's curly locks of hair caught my eye immediately. Now most of you don't know this, but I actually have very curly hair myself! Problem is, I can't do anything with it. I've tried, trust me, but it never looks as sexy as it does on this Latino hunk. Naturally, I'm jealous. When I first saw his pics though, I thought he would just be another baby-faced jobber in the ranks of BG East. Little did I know... 

I was surprised when I first caught sight of his match with Skip Vance on Wrestleshack 12 that this guy had some heely attitude to back up those rippling muscles on the mat. Somewhere between him asking little Skip which arm he preferred to be sleepered out with and ordering him to "Kiss it!" while he flexed, this guy got me hooked. Even the sound of his voice, the slight accent, everything about him oozes this sexuality that captivates the audience.

I would talk also about his gorgeous nude body but that speaks for itself.

All this to say, Gil definitely got my attention and has never disappointed in any of his matches I've seen, win or lose. If you haven't seen any of them yet, don't pass up the chance. Go see them now. Tell them Ben Monaco sent you! :P

Coming up next time on the Top Ten, we break into the top 3 studs on my list! The next guy is quite popular on BG and on other sites as well. He's gotten knocked around a fair bit but has also shown he can kick ass and take names! Stay tuned and find out who it is!

On another note, I'll take a little pause here in my talking of the Top Ten countdown to mention an important anniversary for me! Exactly 2 years ago I had my first match EVER! Not my first BG match, no, my first ever match with any guy! Period! So there you go! Happy anniversary to me! And thanks as well to you my dear readers for motivating me in all my matches whether on cam or off :)

**Spoiler Alert! This is a tricky one, my #1 guy I'd wrestle has had many matches at BG East but the two most common colors he wears in his matches are speedos that are either white or yellow in color! Keep your guesses coming :)**

The Top Ten: #5

Today on the Top Ten countdown we arrive at number 5! As I mentioned before, this wrestler had one hell of an explosive debut on the BG East roster. His first released match against the sexy little Mike Columbo had my jaw dropping over and over (mostly dropping because it was primed for licking that body of his). This guy is some sort of mythic Tarzan-like beast who emerged from god-knows-where. Regardless, this guy gets me going in his style of wrestling...I'm talking about the massive, powerful and dominating J-Rock!

When I first caught a glimpse of J-Rock on the site, he looked like some mix of a wild-man and an extra from the Jersey Shore cast. The set-up for his debut was perfect. He went in to face off with Mike Columbo in Gut Bash 3 and was presented as a "rookie" that Mike was supposed to initiate. Of course, the rookie struts in and tears apart the established ring veteran in a very decisive manner.

Now those of you who know me well enough know one very important thing about me in terms of what I like in a man: I love arms! A big flexed gun in my face puts me into a trance of pure ecstasy. J-Rock, in all of his matches, satisfies my desire to see a big hunk dominating his opponent while flexing throughout the match. He alternates between destroying his opponent mercilessly and flexing his huge biceps over and over.

Doesn't matter who he's up against: one guy, two guys, bigger guys, smaller guys...J-Rock clobbers them all in the end and gives his viewers one hell of a show while he picks the boys apart. Hopefully, one day, he might take his turn at pounding my abs and tearing me apart in the BG East ring. *Sigh* one can only hope ;)

Up next at number 4 is a swarthy little stud with a rippled body that you can't help but keep your eyes on. And that accent...*melt* Stay tuned my little readers, stay tuned!

The Top Ten: #6

Onward with #6 in my countdown of most wrestle-worthy hunks of BG East! So far, we've had notable studs Kieran Dunne, Z-Man, Cameron Matthews and Morgan Cruise make their appearances on my list. Today's stud is a big, muscled slab of beef who might seem like a generic pretty boy at first glance, but when you inspect his matches closely, you see attitude, cockiness, swagger and sexuality that emanate from his being...Coming in at number 6 is the hunky Alexi Adamov!

Sexy Alexi has it all: model good looks, cute smile, body to die for, ring and mats skills...what more could you ask for from your BG East studs? He's a stunning young man that is equally talented in terms of his ability to either job or heel. When suffering in holds, his moans sound sexy, his submissions sound sublime! When he dominates, he's a cool and cocky heel who's as smooth as his sweaty chest after a few minutes on the mat.

The match that really caught my attention when I first examined this stud in greater detail was his match on Backyard Brawls 4 against the skillful Jonny Firestorm. I'm always a fan of contrasts when it comes to wrestling matches. Big vs small, old vs young, buff vs slim...Naturally this match went and got my attention in that respect. The 70lb difference between these two resulted in some incredible holds and stunning visuals. Another product that caught my eye was the video Who's Next? as a whole. Going from match to match, man to man with Alexi as the centerpiece of the video was a brilliant concept and perfectly executed...a definite must-see for Alexi fans!

All in all, Alexi could be pound me to submission or suffering under my control. One way or the other, he definitely would make for an amazing match and I'm sure that any wrestler who has faced him in the past would say the same.

Up next at numéro 5 is a wild, gimmicky looking wrestler, yes...however his debut left such an impact on me in terms of set up, I'd gladly take him on and let him have his way with me :P

The Top Ten: #7

Continuing the countdown of super-studly hunks I'd take on any day of the week, we're now on my number 7 guy! What's special about this one is that I've actually already fought him before. He's exceptional in that way: he was so much fun to wrestle that he makes my top 10 of guys I'd wrestle given the chance. In his case, he's a guy I'd wrestle again. You all know his name and he needs no introduction. In fact, if you don't know his name, I'm fairly certain he'll beat it into you. I'm talking about the Mastodon himself, Morgan Cruise!

I remember a few years back, I was looking around on YouTube and fell upon a few random flexing videos. Among them was a clean looking, long-and-straight-haired Morgan Cruise flexing his mighty biceps and chest set to the song "Rasputin" by Boney M. Though the song choice was not fantastic, this little stud caught my eye right away. Something about that little snicker in his smile...Of course, upon further investigation I noticed he had an interest in wrestling. I thought, "maybe one day he'll do BG East!" As if the universe heard my inner-most desire in that moment, it happened. I spotted him on the site in his debut against Lon Dumont not long after that.

When I finally made my own venture into the BG East world, he and I ended up sharing a room in Florida for 4 days. In the ring, he's a beast; out of the ring, a total sweetheart. His bright eyes and glowing smile can make anybody melt. He's tons of fun to hang out with and has had a pretty incredible life for such a young guy. I'll always have fond memories of throwing down with him on the mats after a bottle of wine at 1:30am while Sebastian Rios snaps some pics of us on his cell.

I could mention so many of his matches in terms of memorability...One that actually impressed me a great deal was his bout with Eli Black. The whole match is almost one continuous take which speaks volumes in regards to their collective talent. And trust me, that mouth of his just keeps on running throughout his matches, even in private!

Next up at number 6 is an incredibly sexy hunk who's rippled physique you can't take your eyes off of. Boy-next-door charm oozes from him and will have you drooling for more ;)
